Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare is seeking a Float Medical Assistant for coverage across Dallas-area clinics. No MA certification required; full-time, onsite, travel between locations, and two weeks of paid hands-on training are provided. You will assist providers, handle phlebotomy tasks, and support front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 externship hours.
• MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• Phlebotomy, venipuncture, and injection experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic teams and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional experience.
• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture.
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections.
• Prepare and process laboratory testing and specimens.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality control documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Assist with inventory, supply ordering, and stocking.
• Support front desk operations and patient flow.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to support daily operations.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Travel between Dallas-area clinics to provide coverage.
