Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare in the Dallas area is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support multiple clinics. You will travel between Dallas-area locations, assist providers, perform basic vital signs, blood draws, injections, and prepare labs.

No MA certification is required—we offer two weeks of paid training, flexible travel, and a friendly, patient-focused team. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 externship hours.
• Phlebotomy, venipuncture, and injection experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional experience.
• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture.
• Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by providers.
• Prepare and process laboratory testing and specimens.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and QC documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory, supply ordering and stocking.
• Support front desk operations and patient flow.
• Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to support daily operations.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Travel between Dallas-area clinics to provide coverage.
