Requires one year Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS. Preferred NIHSS/ACLS certifications may enhance candidacy for this position.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostics and assist during procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient information in the medical record and communicate with care team.
