Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a Travel RN to join the Med Surg/Telemetry unit in Springfield, Massachusetts. This position is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, including 12-hour day shifts.

The RN will deliver patient-centered care, assess health, collaborate with teams, and ensure patient safety. Qualifications include a valid RN license and current BLS certification, with preference for additional certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Document patient information in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
