Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for Med Surg / Telemetry in Garfield Heights, Ohio. This 13-week hospital contract offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.

The role requires OH license or Compact, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS prior to start, references, ECG Rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate orientation; you will provide inpatient care, monitor ECG rhythms, collaborate with the care team, and document care accordingly.

Qualifications

• OH license or Compact state license in hand.
• AHA BLS & ACLS required.
• NIHSS prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocols.
• Complete assessments and documentation accurately and timely.
