• Minimum of 18 months PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS & ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and report abnormalities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Document patient status and care provided accurately.
• Assist with procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed.
