VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a hospital assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The role requires 12 months MS/Tele experience, a valid OH license or Compact state, BLS & ACLS, NIHSS readiness, a recent reference, and passing tests during orientation.

Schedule is 19:00–07:30 with a 13-week contract and 36 hours per week on a night shift. This travel position emphasizes telemetry, teamwork, and high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 12 months perm MS/Tele experience.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required.
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry and medical-surgical nursing care in a hospital setting during night shifts.
• Manage patient monitoring and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Complete required assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate.
• Document patient care accurately and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
