American Traveler is seeking a Travel Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg Telemetry unit in Garfield Heights, Ohio. This position requires delivering comprehensive nursing care while ensuring patient safety through effective medication management.

Assignment Details

• Start date: 06/12/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 per week (3 × 12‑hour days)
• Employment type: Travel

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, including ECG rhythm recognition, safe medication assessments, and other duties as assigned during 12‑hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or valid compact license
• Minimum 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification before start
• Valid driver’s license and Social Security card
• One recent professional reference from a manager or supervisor in the same specialty

Additional Requirements

• Pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Travelers with prior Cleveland Clinic assignments must have a 6‑month gap before starting this assignment
• Max 18 consecutive months per single Cleveland Clinic assignment
