Sweetwater Care in Wisconsin is seeking a Travel RN to support Critical Access Hospitals across rural communities. You will deliver direct patient care, follow clinical protocols, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

This contract-based role offers housing stipend or provided accommodation, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development while you explore diverse destinations and expand your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• The candidate is a licensed RN with current state licensure.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience; rural care is a plus.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Willingness to travel and work on a contract basis.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards.
• Assess patients' conditions and implement evidence-based nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor vital signs and adapt care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and resources.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers; ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Embrace adaptability in rural healthcare environments.
