TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS and NIH certifications, and offers a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

As a MedSurg Travel Nurse you will assess patients, document findings, educate families, and support discharge planning while working in a fast-paced hospital setting. Travel benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS and NIH certifications required.
• RN license to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Document findings and provide education to patients and families.
• Carry out med surg duties: pre/post-op care, meds, dressings, IVs.
• Assist physicians and participate in discharge planning.
