Qualifications

• Registered nurse license in North Dakota or compact state.
• BLS certification before start date.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care based on comprehensive assessment and patient needs.
• Conducts daily rounds and coordinates with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assesses conditions, sets goals, and plans discharge accordingly.
• Monitors pain, intervenes promptly per SOP.
• Identifies early warning signs and escalates care as needed.
• Documents observations accurately and maintains timely records.
• Initiates discharge planning early with patient and family education.
• Delegates tasks within scope to qualified staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet department needs.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Certifications: ND BON or Compact State; BLS prior to start date.
