American Traveler is seeking a registered nurse for a Med/Surg night shift travel assignment in Peoria, Illinois. This 13-week role requires an active IL RN license, BLS, and Med/Surg experience. Night shifts are 12 hours, with a 36-hour work week and a three-shift pattern.

No call and no vaccine requirement apply for this assignment. Unit features an 18-bed Med/Surg Acute Care environment with mostly private rooms. Epic EMR and Phillips telemetry are used.

Qualifications

• Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Med/Surg unit responsibilities in acute care setting.
• Manage care for varied medical diagnoses on an 18-bed unit.
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios per shift requirements.
• Perform IV starts and patient monitoring as assigned.
• Utilize Epic EMR and telemetry for patient care.
