Premiere Healthcare Staffing invites a Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse to Lewiston, Maine for a 12-week assignment on the Med Surg unit. The role features nights, a competitive pay range ($56.00–$64.00 per hour; up to $672–$768 gross per shift) and a $3/hour differential.

Immediate opportunities and dedicated support await qualified candidates with Med Surg charge nurse experience. Eligible applicants must hold an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and have at least one year

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS current on hire.
• At least 1 year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage unit operations.

Responsabilités

• Assists the Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management.
• Supervises, directs, and evaluates team members.
• Ensures effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Maintains efficient department operations and patient care standards.
• Provides direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.
• Monitors patient care plans and directs necessary adjustments.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Supports a safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care environment.
• Oversees staff performance and unit operations during assigned shift.
