Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Florence, South Carolina. The position offers a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour workweek and 4x12-hour night shifts.

Requirements include 3+ years of nursing experience, active SC or Compact RN license, BLS and ACLS (ACLS preferred), and prior MedSurg/General Surgery or travel experience is a plus. The role uses EPIC for charting, and on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (ACLS preferred).
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience in MedSurg or General Surgery is a plus.
• Travel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg/General Surgery setting.
• Administer medication and monitor vital signs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings in EPIC.
• Facilitate pre and post-operative care for various surgical procedures.
