Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a MedSurg/Telemetry RN for a travel contract in Florence, South Carolina. The assignment requires 2+ years of MedSurg experience, SC compact license, and night shifts on a 13-week term with 36 hours per week.

Ideal candidates will have BLS, Epic experience, and the ability to work 1:6 to 1:7 patient ratios while providing high-quality care and collaborating with the health-care team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years MedSurg nursing experience preferred.
• SC or compact RN license required prior to start.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred.
• Epic charting experience required; familiarity with patient ratios 1:6 to 1:7.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a med-surg unit.
• Monitor vital signs and manage medications per orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Assist in emergencies and provide rapid response as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
