Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Iron River, Michigan. The contract is 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.
Start date is 11/02/2026, with an ASAP start possible and potential for extension based on facility needs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Med/Surg experience, a Michigan RN license, BLS, and Epic EMR familiarity; ACLS preferred.
Qualificações

- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Emergency Department experience preferred but not required.
Responsabilidades

- Float to the Emergency Department within competency.
- Work in a 25-bed Med/Surg unit with patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights.

- On-call or holiday rotation as required.

- Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- Float to the Emergency Department within competency required
- May be placed on call due to low census; call back minimum is 2 hours
- Provide general nursing care for primarily geriatric patients including CHF, COPD, and diabetes
- Work in a 25-bed Med/Surg unit with patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights
- Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience required
- Emergency Department experience preferred but not required
- Current Michigan RN license and AHA BLS required
- ACLS preferred but not required
- Strong charting experience with Epic EMR, CareScape patient monitors, and Pyxis required
- Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Any colored scrubs acceptable
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- Candidates with both Med/Surg and ED experience are highly preferred
