Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Mammography Technologist with 3+ years of experience to provide screening and diagnostic mammography services across multiple campus locations. ARRT(M) certification and MA state license are required, with CEUs current.

The role covers up to four campus sites using identical equipment, with screenings at all locations and diagnostics at one. Expect 32–40 hours per week, minimal travel, and day shifts with occasional later shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Mammography Technologist experience.
• ARRT (M) certification and BLS certification.
• MA state license required if applicable.
• Experience with screening and diagnostic mammography, bone densities, and biopsies.
• Minimum 200 mammograms in the last 2 years.
• CEUs current.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams.
• Work across up to 4 campus locations with identical equipment; screenings at all sites and diagnostics at one site.
• Minimal travel between locations on most days.
• 8-hour day shifts; 32–40 hours per week; no on-call.
• Use MEDITECH EMR system.
• Biopsy experience highly preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Certified Mammography Technologist - ARRT (M)
• MA state license required if applicable
• Experience with screening and diagnostic mammography, bone densities, and biopsies
• Must have performed at least 200 mammograms within the last 2 years
• CEUs must be current and up to date

Responsibilities

• Acute care setting performing mammography services
• Role covers up to 4 different campus locations with identical equipment, with screenings offered at all sites and diagnostics at one site
• Minimal travel between locations expected on most days
• 8-hour day shifts, primarily 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM shifts
• 32-40 hours per week schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Uses MEDITECH EMR system
• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams, bone density scans, and biopsies
• Biopsy experience highly preferred though not an absolute requirement
• Accepts local candidates at a reduced rate
