Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Edwards, Colorado. The candidate will work a 40-hour week on days, with a 10-hour shift schedule and travel duties. Immediate opening with required ARRT(M), BLS, and state licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in mammography.
• BLS certification and ARRT (M) registration with state licensing when required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and interpret imaging orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography unit and ensure images are accurate for interpretation.
• Confirm patient identity, explain procedures, and provide reassurance.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and perform mammography studies per standards.
• Develop/retake mammograms, forward studies to radiologist for review.
• Maintain patient records and ensure a safe work environment.
• Utilize McKesson PACS to manage imaging studies.
