Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Montrose, Colorado. The role requires AMA-approved Radiologic Technology training, ARRT radiology and mammography certifications, BLS, and MQSA supervision experience.

Schedule features 40 hours weekly on 10-hour day shifts, with travel benefits and housing options as part of the package. The candidate will perform screening, diagnostic and interventional breast imaging and support quality control and

Formación

• Graduate of a 24-month AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification is required.
• ARRT certification in radiology.
• ARRT advanced certification in mammography.
• Completion of at least 25 mammography exams under direct supervision of MQSA-qualified individual.
• At least 8 hours of training in any modality before independent use of that modality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform screening, diagnostic, and breast interventional imaging procedures.
• Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and related devices.
• Position patients and use immobilization when necessary.
• Calculate exposure factors and assist physicians.
• Evaluate radiographs for diagnostic quality and obtain additional images as needed.
• Provide orientation and education to new and student Mammographers.
• Assist with maintenance and compilation of statistical data.
• Monitor procedures, supply documentation, and unread studies for completeness and accuracy.
