American Traveler is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Edwards, Colorado. The role involves dayshift, 40 hours per week, performing breast imaging procedures in a MQSA/ACR-guided setting, with ARRT(M) certification and 1+ year of breast imaging experience.

The position requires BLS, active state license if applicable, ability to stand for long periods, and proficiency with stereotactic equipment.

Formación

• ARRT(M) certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Active state license required if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of breast imaging experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of mammography equipment and protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Perform breast imaging procedures and review exams for technical accuracy before presenting to radiologist.
• Educate and communicate with patients before, during, and after procedures to support continuity of care.
• Conduct quality control to ensure equipment meets MQSA and ACR safety standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of breast imaging appointments and assist with departmental workflow.
