Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform screenings, diagnostics, bone densities, and biopsies across multiple campus locations.

Open to local candidates with 3+ years of experience. The role includes 40 hours per week with overtime potential, shifts from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM, and no on-call requirements. Start date October 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Mammography Technologist experience
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (M) certification required
• Massachusetts state license required, if applicable
• Experience with bone densities and biopsies
• Ability to perform screenings and diagnostics
• Biopsy experience highly preferred
• CEUs must be current
• Must have performed 200 mammograms within the last 2 years

Responsibilities

• Acute care setting within a Mammography department
• Works across 4 different campuses, all equipped with the same machines
• Performs screenings at all locations and diagnostics at one location
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• Schedule includes shifts from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
• 40 hours per week, with flexibility for 32 hours if preferred
• No on-call requirements
• October 2026 start date
