Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology seeks a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Prescott Valley, AZ. The role involves performing screenings and diagnostic imaging, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety with focus on quality imaging.

Requirements include at least one year of Mammography experience, a current state Mammography license, and a BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred, with full travel benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as a Mammography Tech.
• Current state license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions as they arise.
• Position patient appropriately for imaging procedures.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure room is ready for procedures.
• Monitor image quality during procedures for diagnostic accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure safety.
