Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology seeks a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Portland, OR. You'll perform screenings and diagnostic imaging, implement physician orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort within radiation safety standards.

Required: 1 year Mammography experience, current state license, and BLS certification. Preferred ARRT certification; travel benefits and strong support from a clinical team are provided.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience as Mammography Tech.
• Current state license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions.
• Position patients for imaging procedures.
• Maintain and verify imaging equipment in safe condition.
• Monitor image quality and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with radiologists and health care teams.
• Follow safety, infection control and hospital policies.
