EPIC Healthcare is seeking a reliable Traveling Maintenance Technician to support multiple assisted living communities across California. This role covers general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks while coordinating with facility teams.

You will travel between sites, perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and flooring work, handle resident room turns, respond to work orders, and uphold safe, professional work environments.

Qualificações

• 3+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, or assisted living preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout California.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
