Capital City McD, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Internal Brush Butler Technician to perform routine cleaning and maintenance of Taylor soft-serve machines across its 16 locations, including Springfield, Jacksonville, Beardstown, Mt. Sterling, and Havana.

The role requires independent work, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel regularly between restaurants. The starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth within a family-owned franchisee

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between restaurant locations.
• Physical capability to perform hands-on maintenance work, including lifting and bending.
• Flexible availability, as occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Internal Brush Butler Technician, performing routine cleaning and maintenance of Taylor soft-serve machines across all 16 locations.
• Complete a variety of maintenance tasks, including equipment upkeep and repair.
• Facility maintenance and minor improvements.
• Troubleshooting and addressing operational issues in a timely manner.
• Travel regularly between restaurant locations to ensure consistent service and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks performed and equipment serviced.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant managers to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
