The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, with travel between sites and accurate record-keeping. Starting pay is $25–$28 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC service, repair, or maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• EPA certification and/or applicable HVAC certifications preferred.
• Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems across all locations.
• Diagnose heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential concerns before they become larger issues.
• Travel regularly between restaurant locations to respond to service needs and complete scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, repairs completed, and equipment serviced.
• Communicate with managers regarding repair needs and recommended next steps.
