Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between restaurant locations.
• Physical capability to perform hands-on maintenance work, including lifting and bending.
• Flexible availability, as occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Internal Brush Butler Technician, performing routine cleaning and maintenance of Taylor soft-serve machines across all 16 locations.
• Complete a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: Equipment upkeep and repair.
• Facility maintenance and minor improvements.
• Troubleshooting and addressing operational issues in a timely manner.
• Travel regularly between restaurant locations to ensure consistent service and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks performed and equipment serviced.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant managers to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
