Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking Long Term Acute Care RNs (LTAC RNs) to participate in patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation, collaborating with the health care team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care. LTAC RNs will handle medications and critical care equipment, monitor patient status, and provide supervision to clinical support staff.

Shift: 3x12 Days. This role demands strong critical care skills and teamwork in a fast-paced LTAC environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Experience in LTAC or critical care settings preferred.
• Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and manage critical care equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate patient status and responses to interventions.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
