Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking Long Term Acute Care RNs (LTAC RNs) to provide high-quality patient care during assessment, intervention, and evaluation. RNs collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans that ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound VACs, IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines, while monitoring patient status and guiding clinical support staff. Shift: 3x12 Nights.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas.
• Experience in long-term acute care or critical care settings preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor complex medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and manage critical care devices.
• Monitor, implement and evaluate the patient’s status.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
