Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking Long Term Acute Care RNs to join our LTAC units. You will provide patient care during assessment, intervention, and evaluation, collaborating with the healthcare team to formulate care plans that yield optimum outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include dispensing medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound VACs, IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines, plus ongoing patient monitoring, evaluation, and guidance to clinical support staff.
