Zusammenfassung

Gifted Healthcare is seeking Long Term Acute Care RNs to support patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations. LTAC RNs collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans that ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include dispensing medications and managing devices such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines, along with ongoing patient monitoring and supervision of clinical staff. Shift is 3x12 days.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed RN with acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with critical care equipment and devices is desirable.
• Ability to monitor and respond to patient status changes.

Aufgaben

• Dispense medications and manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound VACs, IV drips, feeding tubes and central lines.
• Monitor, implement and evaluate the patient status.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff.
