Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to support short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. The LPN will provide direct clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on assigned units.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate health status and notify charge nurse or physician of changes.
• Identify problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care within the scope of the LPN license.
• Monitor medications, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability for residents.
• Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policies.
