Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Evening Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois. The role involves providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff during night shifts, as part of a traveling team.

Applicants must hold an Illinois LPN license, have CPR/BLS certification, and be willing to live 90+ miles from the facility.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with an active Illinois license.
• CPR/BLS certification active.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).
• Willingness to live 90+ miles from the facility and travel as a nurse traveler.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision.
• Respond to physical and behavioral health needs within scope of practice.
• Support continuity of care during night shifts as part of the traveling team.
