Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision.
Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately.
Monitor residents' vital signs, assess conditions, and report changes to supervising nurse.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving safety and dignity.
Perform nursing procedures and interventions as delegated, including wound care and dressing changes.
Maintain clear charting and communication with the interdisciplinary team.
Adhere to infection control practices and safety protocols.
