Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL is seeking an LPN/LVN for Med Surg on a travel-friendly, onsite contract. Start 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks, nights 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts with 3 days/week. Weekly stipends of $735 and base pay $8-$9/hour are noted.

Must have BLS, NIHSS, IV Cert and Cerner experience; reside within 50 miles of facility. Position emphasizes accountability, clinical competency and leadership in safe patient care delivery, with competitive benefits and equal opportunity employment

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN licensed to practice in Alabama.
• BLS, NIHSS and IV certification required.
• Cerner experience preferred; must reside within 50 miles of facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Make decisions based on education, rules and policies.
• Perform ADLs, medication administration and documentation.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
