Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting of care provided.
• Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to update and execute individualized care plans.
