Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care travel assignment in Haverhill, MA. The position runs for Weeks with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, starting 10/12/2026, with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document changes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• LPN diploma or associate degree in Practical Nursing.
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment.
• Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders for residents in a long-term care setting.
• Monitor vital signs, assess residents, document changes, and report deviations promptly.
• Provide direct nursing care and assistance with ADLs as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain resident safety, infection control, regulatory compliance; respond to urgent issues per policy.
