Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for long term care. Travel required to support multiple locations within 75 miles of your permanent address; minimum 30 hours per month and one weekend shift per month.

Eligible candidates hold a practical nursing license, 18+ years of age and LTC experience (3 months required, 6 months preferred). Provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and document care outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
