Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for long-term care facilities. Travel is required to support multiple locations within a 75-mile radius of the permanent address.

The role includes nursing care under supervision, medication administration, and care plan implementation to ensure resident safety and comfort. Minimum 3 months LTC experience (6 months preferred) and an LPN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and care per care plan and age/population standards.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
