Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• If IV therapy is required, complete an approved IV therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for residents under supervision of RN/APP/physician.
• Assess residents, administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document interactions and outcomes, maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.
• Support an interdisciplinary care team and ensure safety and quality care.
