Healthforce is seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care facility in Dubuque, Iowa. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current Iowa LPN license or active Compact/NLC license.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 1+ year in long-term care or SNF experience.
• Strong communication with healthcare teams and families; proficient in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vitals, wound care per care plans.
• Assess health changes and report updates to RNs, physicians, and families.
• Collaborate with CNAs and therapists to support ADLs and rehab goals.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation of resident records.
