Job summary

HireCare LLC is seeking an experienced Travel LPN for a 13-week contract at a long-term care facility in Burlington, VT. You will direct daily activities of CNAs and provide direct patient care, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Expect a competitive salary of $2000 weekly, with housing and meal stipends offered. LPN license in VT and CPR certification required; 1+ year nursing experience preferred, gerontological/long-term care experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Current valid LPN license in VT.
• Valid CPR certification.
• At least one year nursing experience preferred, gerontological or long-term care experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of certified nursing assistants and provide direct patient care.
• Transcribe physician orders and administer medications per orders.
• Provide nursing leadership and perform skilled nursing tasks (colostomy changes, tube feedings, IV administration).
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs holistically.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans as required.
