HireCare Services - Vermont is seeking an experienced LPN for a 13-week contract at a long-term care facility in Burlington, VT. The Travel LPN will direct daily activities of CNAs, ensure policy compliance, and provide direct patient care.

The role requires an LPN license in VT and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Housing and meal stipends are provided along with a competitive weekly salary.

Qualifications

• Current valid LPN license in VT.
• Valid CPR certification.
• At least one year nursing experience preferred.
• Evidence of continuing education or gerontological/long-term care experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Direct the daily activities of certified nursing assistants.
• Transcribe physician orders, administer medications, and perform wound treatments.
• Provide nursing leadership and direct patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
