Job summary

HireCare Services - Vermont is seeking a Travel LPN for a 13-week contract at a Burlington long-term care facility. You will direct daily activity of CNAs, ensure policy compliance, and provide direct patient care in a dynamic team setting.

The role requires a current VT LPN license and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Housing and meal stipends are provided along with a competitive weekly salary of $2,000.

Qualifications

• Active VT LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct care to residents and monitor changes in status.
• Transcribe physician orders and administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide nursing leadership and direct care such as wound care and IV administration.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Initiate, review, and update individualized care plans.
