Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing in Canby, Minnesota is seeking a skilled Travel Long Term Care RN for a 10-week assignment. You will deliver skilled nursing care to LTC residents, follow care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Eligible candidates have at least 1 year LTC RN experience, a valid RN license, and BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred; other certs may be required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and respond to changes.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Monitor for reactions and communicate with providers.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and delegate tasks.
• Document care and patient progress timely.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care with physicians.
