Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Hallock, Minnesota. You will provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, oversee care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role involves supervising LPNs/CNAs, educating residents and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor changes, and take action to ensure well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents and families.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for adverse reactions and report concerns to a clinician.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately.
