Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Biddeford, Maine. The RN will deliver comprehensive care in long-term care and assisted living facilities, using sound clinical judgment and coordinated teamwork to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying nursing standards, performing assessments, and coordinating patient care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license for the state practiced.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care for patients in Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking and coordination of patient care.
• Operate according to nursing standards and be accountable for managing patient care.
