Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide the care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members.
• Record the administration of medications accurately.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and proper task execution per state and facility policies.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supply usage.
• Perform other duties as directed.
