Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Efficient with electronic charting systems.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• TB test within 12 months.
• Physical within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with physicians and therapists.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team.
• Record administration of medications.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed per state and facility policies.
• Operate nursing equipment according to procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed.
