Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel – temporary assignment in Wallingford, VT. Overnight shift with start date 10/26/2026 and guaranteed 40 hours per week across outpatient and inpatient rehab settings.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with care planning, and charting in the EHR, all under supervision of the RN and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont LPN license required.
• Overnight shift availability.
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignment.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred.

• Maintain infection control practices and accurate charting in electronic health records
